What we do is centred around each resident, what they want to do and how they want us to help. An initial assessment and discussion is written up in the form of an Individualised Service Plan of care (ISP) that is constantly monitored and updated. This means that – even as things change over time – each resident (and their family) can be sure that they are receiving the most appropriate care and support.

All our residential care homes have a caring family atmosphere and are staffed 24 hours a day with suitably qualified and trained care staff. All personal care needs, including administration of medications and Dementia Care, can be met. District Nurses support our Care Staff as and when needed.

We have many years’ experience of supporting people coming into residential care, and helping people come to terms with this major change in their lives.

If we can’t look after someone really well then we will say so as part of our initial discussions and we may be able to signpost people to somewhere else that can. Our Christian care directory includes some homes which do offer nursing care.
